Dear Golda,

You are the most complex, interesting, smart and beautiful woman I've ever known, and ever will know. When I first met you, I walked right past you at La Boulange. After I realized my mistake, we ate pastries, watched the sunset, ate sushi, and walked around the neighborhood. I don't remember what we talked about but six hours later, by the end of our first date, I thought to myself "I have to see her again". I'll always remember the happy feeling I had between our first and second date, and how excited I was to see you that second time.
That feeling has turned into my love for you, bebe. I have loved you more each and every day we've been together, and I want to be with you for the rest of my life. You are much more than just my girlfriend (and I hope you'll be my wife!) - you're my best friend and the person I trust most in this world. I ditched work for quite a few hours and remembered back to all of our wonderful times together up until now.
I remember when you hit someone's car, but still came to our date.
I remember when you told me that your family calls you "day day" because you're madaldal. Then, you asked me if I was gonna get sick of you talking too much.
I remember the first Tagalog word you taught me - "makapal".
I remember camping on the floor of our new house.
I remember the first time we fought - I was over an hour late to dinner (TGGGGGGGG!) and I was lucky to still eat with you!
I remember buying a gallon of Mitchell's ice cream to avoid the lines.
I remember doing Aaron's boot camp with you.
I remember how happy I feel every single day you pull into our driveway after work.
I remember when we won at the apple store. We won we won we won we won we won!!!!
And I even found a few pictures of our memories together.
I want to spend every day for the rest of my life making more memories with you, talking to you, loving you, and supporting you. Will you marry me, Golda?
